There’s no registration fees to register as a reseller.
Upon successful registration, another tab titled “Partner’s information” will be made available to you under “Join AUXINLIVE” tab. Head in to check out more information.
After becoming a reseller, you can head over to the “Partner’s information” page here and choose the package that you like the most. Upon purchasing the package, the reseller discount will be automatically added everytime you check out. No promo codes required.
No. The discount rate depends on the reseller tier that you are currently subscribed to. If you purchase a higher reseller tier halfway through a lower reseller tier package, our system will assumed that you have renewed your subscription and automatically apply the higher discount rate for you.
Discount rates are applied automatically.
All discount rates for reseller are based on the quantity and transaction on a single receipt. Multiple transactions will not be accumulated to enjoy the discount rate.
Order and Shipping
We will handle your credit card’s information with care, beyond our scope of duty. Your credit card information will be pass to us via our SSL encrypted website. SSL encrypted security ensures that you credit card information will not be stolen by a 3rd party. No personnel at any time, without authority, have access to these information. We will also clear all credit card information on our database after 60 days.
After each transaction, we will provide you with a tracking ID and also order number. Please keep it at all times and you can track your order under the “ track my order” tab.
If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service department. We will look at your new delivery address and make relevant changes and amendment.
AUXINLIVE will contact you via email, stating clearly the delivery date as well as your order details.
If you do not receive any notification after 12 hours, please check under your “spam” or contact us.
The delivery time depends on method of shipping, please enter a correct address to minimise potential delays. You will receive your order within 3-7 days.
Orders submitted during working days will all be reviewed within 24-48 hours.
Orders submitted during weekends will be reviewed on Monday immediately.
Orders submitted during public holidays will be reviewed on the first upcoming working day immediately.
If you wish to exchange a good, please contact us immediately. Cash is not refundable.
